Guidelines for guests staying at The Luminary Hotel.
1. Nature of the Website
This website serves as the official presentation and direct reservation inquiry channel for The Luminary Hotel. It is not an automated online transactional marketplace. Submitting an enquiry through our booking form or WhatsApp does not constitute an instant binding contract until availability is formally confirmed by our reservations desk.
2. Check-In & Identity Verification
In accordance with government regulations in India, all adult guests must present a valid government-issued photo identification (Passport, Aadhar Card, Voter ID, or Driving License) upon arrival. Check-in is available from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM.
3. Estate Tranquility & Quiet Hours
The Luminary Hotel is dedicated to tranquil retreats, meditation, and quiet rejuvenation. Outdoor music or loud celebrations must conclude by 10:00 PM to honor the peace of fellow guests and forest wildlife.
4. Forest Safety & Environmental Respect
Our property borders protected highland reserve forests. Guests embarking on walking trails are requested to stay on designated trails and adhere to naturalist advisories. Open campfires are strictly permitted only in authorized stone hearths supervised by estate staff.
